Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). FOOD AND WATER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED AND RESOLD ACCORDING TO STATE LAW, THERFORE, REFUNDS FOR FOOD AND WATER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE ISSUED.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Considerations for the time it takes to receive your refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll contact you via your provided email once we receive the request for a return item with instructions.

Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers. When possible, we will post expected ship dates in the item description.

When no ship date is indicated during checkout, backordered items are typically returned to stock within 2-3 weeks. In some cases, there are production delays or inventory shortages which may delay the arrival of your item to our fulfillment centers.

If you order a large quantity of a single item, additional time may be needed to complete the whole quantity of your order. We will email you with fulfillment details if this applies to your order.

We make every attempt to have correct availability listed on each product page. However, because our supplier's inventory changes constantly, some items may not have updated availability before you have made your order. If such an occurance happens that you buy an item listed as available and it is not able to be fulfilled immediatley, you will be notified via the email you have provided upon checkout.
